Be In The Moment...

How?

Through conscious effort to alienate all that bothers you. The power of the mind magnifies or intensifies what
one goes through, but the mind also has power to heal and recuperate what ails us.

 Let the mind do it's work  as we consciously choose to be in the moment, totally engrossed in what we are currently doing. If we are listening to music, let it take you away with every note and lyric. If you are watching a movie, let the story surround you, and bring you to places that you may never get to visit in this lifetime. Learn to appreciate the littlest details of the magnificent art that surrounds us, even the most minute emotion that it brings.

More often than not, we are consumed in our own crazy little worlds that we fail to stop, breathe deep, and be in the moment. We forget to be thankful that we can still breathe and feel.
