To Hide What is Underneath

TAKE...

Resilience

Not that I want to.

I could.
I would.
I should.

I will...

I have to.

Dear Participants,

Please do not misconstrue my eye contact.

I am stressing an important point.

ADHD

The Problem:
Some children with ADHD continue to have it as adults. And many adults who have the disorder don't know it. They may feel that it is impossible to get organized, stick to a job, or remember and keep appointments. Daily tasks such as getting up in the morning, preparing to leave the house for work, arriving at work on time, and being productive on the job can be especially challenging for adults with ADHD.

The Solution:
Find the Problem and face it head on!
Seek and obliterate!

WTF!

CHANGE MANAGEMENT Step 3: ACT

Now that we have ACCEPTED the things we need to do and ADAPTED building blocks to address the CHANGES, nothing else left to do but to ACT. Lift one leg up and step on to the first building block towards changing.

You always do a little growing up every time you do a little letting go...

CHANGE MANAGEMENT Step 2: ADAPT

Okay, after we have accepted the fact that change is everywhere, what do we do next? We ADAPT. To adapt means to adjust to different conditions; new environment; to modify for a different purpose.

We have been told to adapt to change multiple times, but what does it really mean to adapt?

Road Blocks...

Never focus on what cannot be done or what does not work.

Open up your options.

Little Wonders

Let it go
Let it roll right off your shoulder
Don't you know
The hardest part is over
Let it in
Let your clarity define you
In the end
We will only just remember how it feels

"You turned my wailing into dancing; You removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy."

Psalm 30:11 (NIV)
